 Olivier Rivière is redefining Rioja with a focus on terroir. With biodynamic practices and a minimalist approach, his wines reflect the region’s unique soils, not aging classifications. Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts, and aged in vessels that enhance terroir, his wines offer a fresh, site-specific take on Rioja—far from traditional.

Rayos Uva is Olivier's version of a Bourgogne Rouge, biodynamically sourced from Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Graciano fruit grown in the sandy, gravelly, and alluvial soils of Rioja Baja. It hasn't seen any oak, unlike so many other reds from Rioja.
