Tasting Note
This restrained, mineral Grüner Veltliner shows bright lemon, grapefruit pith, and celery salt, accented by the variety’s hallmark white pepper spice. It’s crisp and refreshing, with added texture coming from aging in 50% Slovakian oak, leading to a lip-smacking, saline finish. And somehow this comes in at just 11.5% abv, which makes it even more versatile at the dinner table.
