Some have referred to Timorasso as “the new Burgundy of Piemonte.” And it does feel more Burgundian than Piemonte’s Chardonnays to us. The wines are Chablis-like: lemony, saline, and mineral, with a lees-influenced texture.

Made entirely from Timorasso, this “Piccolo” expression comes from younger vines, resulting in a fresher, modern, more elegant style.
Tasting Note
Delicate floral notes, with citrus zest, white peach, and aromatic herbs on the nose. On the palate is shimmering acidity with a soft, mineral streak through to a balanced, refreshing finish.

This Timorasso will be an excellent companion to fish, fried vegetables, soft cheeses — anything that needs a lift of minerality and freshness.
